PROGRAMS
Supporting individuals, communities and wellness practitioners
The Wellness and Beyond Foundation provides support by implementing support with the application of The C³ Framework™ (Care, Capacity, Continuity) which is the programmatic model used to strengthen the wellness workforce and preserve community access to care. The framework addresses immediate practitioner needs, builds long-term resilience, and ensures sustainable return to service through trauma-informed, non-physical program delivery.
The C³ Framework™: Care • Capacity • Continuity
Care addresses immediate practitioner needs through stabilization micro-grants and recovery-aligned education during periods of injury, trauma, grief, or disruption.
Capacity builds long-term resilience through professional education, sustainability planning, and injury-aware skill development.
Continuity ensures communities maintain access to wellness services through partner-led delivery and structured community-benefit outputs.
This integrated framework reduces workforce attrition, strengthens practitioner sustainability, and protects access to preventative wellness services for underserved communities.

Mentorship and entrepreneurial support
This program was created in response to a growing gap in the wellness field. Practitioners are essential to community health, yet lack structural support during injury, trauma, grief, or disruption. Our work has evolved to focus on stabilizing providers and preserving access to care—because communities depend on a resilient wellness workforce.
What it is
A short-term stipend program supporting wellness practitioners during temporary disruption, illness or unforeseen trauma, paired with community-access outputs.
Why it matters
Stabilizing providers prevents workforce loss and preserves access to care. On average, about 40% of massage therapists exit the field within their first two years of practice. The reasons for this high turnover often stem from physical, emotional, and workplace challenges, which can be mitigated with proper support and education.
Who it serves
Licensed or certified wellness practitioners serving community clients.
Everyone faces financial challenges at some point in their lives. We believe everyone should have accessibility and quality services and create spaces where practitioners and clients both thrive.
