Donation and Refund Policy

Wellness and Beyond Foundation Inc is a nonprofit organization. All donations, program fees, products, and services support the mission of the Foundation.

 

Donation Receipts

Donation confirmations and receipts are emailed to the address provided at the time of donation. It is the donor’s responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate. If a receipt is not received, donors may request a copy through the website contact form.

 

Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee services, funding, or specific outcomes.

 

Fee-Based Services

Fee-based services may be offered through corporate wellness programs, workshops, events, or educational offerings. All fees paid for services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.

 

Products

Any products sold in support of the Foundation’s mission are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or required by law.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges made in error

  • Incorrect amounts caused by a technical issue

Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

 

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Foundation may result in the loss of access to services or programs.
